Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CatalogBuilderApp website and platform (the "Service"), which is made and owned by LeCode Software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Description of Service

CatalogBuilderApp (made and owned by LeCode Software) provides a digital platform for product data organization and PDF catalog generation. The Service includes software tools for importing/exporting data, template styling, and product management. CatalogBuilderApp is a tool provider only and does not participate in any commercial transactions between the User and their customers.

3. Content Disclaimer & User Responsibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CATALOGBUILDERAPP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT CREATED, UPLOADED, OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

The User is solely responsible for all images, descriptions, pricing, and supplemental information added to the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User-uploaded content. By using the Service, you represent that you have all legal rights to use and publish most content included in your catalogs (including logos, trademarks, and product photography).

CatalogBuilderApp shall not be held liable for any legal disputes, copyright infringements, or damages resulting from the content or products displayed in catalogs generated on our platform.

4. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

We offer several ways to access premium features, including recurring subscription tiers (Free, Plus, Business) and one-time on-demand purchases.

4.1 Individual Credits (On-Demand)

We sell "Catalog Credits" individually on an on-demand basis. Purchasing a credit allows you to unlock premium features for a single catalog indefinitely. It is the sole responsibility of the User to apply these credits to the specific catalog they intend to upgrade. Once a credit is applied to a catalog, this action is permanent. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be moved from one catalog to another once used.

4.2 Refund Policy

Memberships: If you are dissatisfied with your subscription (Plus or Business), you may request a full refund within the first 7 days (one week) of the initial transaction. After this period, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees.
Credits: All sales of individual Catalog Credits are final. Credits are non-refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct quantity for your needs before completing the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, logic, and proprietary designs of the CatalogBuilderApp platform remain our exclusive property. Users retain ownership of their specific raw data and images. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the PDFs generated during an active subscription for their own business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATALOGBUILDERAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR DATA.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Company's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
